The Electric Glide

This simple line dance is often used by Frankie Manning as a warm up to his workshops. Ryan Francois was the choreographer of one version of it, though I am not quite sure that it was precisely this one; it can be danced to Nina Simone's "My Baby just cares for me" (2 versions of which can be found on a CD from the Charly label, CPCD 8002). The sequence takes 24 beats, and just repeats.

Now repeat the whole sequence until the music stops (or you get bored!)
